My 3!! new pairs of Keep shoes from the Good Shit Sale on Saturday. I am blessed with being the sample shoe size, yay for small feet!

I remember this video from Sesame Street so vividly & I can practically taste crayons when I'm watching it now.
I was extremely lucky to receive this lovely vegan cupcake stand from my boy for my birthday last month. It sits pride of place on our kitchen window sill. It comes all the way from Atlanta and is made by Vegan Dish. I have admired her work for a while, dreaming of owning some pieces, like the starter kits-A word of advice to etsy lovers out there- let your boyfriend/ husband/ Mum etc know about etsy favorites & how to view yours. You won't be disappointed!
I also received a Belle & Boo tote & this gorgeous Feist poster, just waiting to have it framed, it's going to look fantastic in my lounge! I'm feeling very lucky & spoilt. :)
Keeping it simple today. I keep seeing lovely pictures of simple breakfasts of fresh fruit & crusty breads and I felt like joining in today. It was yum! Must remember to eat breakfast more often. x
Warning- these are extremely more-ish!
Lemon squares (adapted from Veg Web)Crust:1/2 cup raw sugar1/2 cup vegetable margarine2 cups all purpose flourFilling:1 1/2 cups raw sugarZest and juice of four fresh juicy lemons4 tbs mashed banana2 tsp real vanilla1 tsp baking powder6 tbsp all purpose flourIcing sugar (optional)Preheat oven to 180°. Line a 9 x 13" baking pan with baking paper. Combine crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake for 20 minutes (or until set). While baking, mash the banana add lemon juice to banana & blend with a wand blender until foamy. Add the remainder of the ingredients (through flour) and mix together. Pour over the crust, and bake 20 minutes more, or until set. Cool. Sift powdered sugar on top, if you'd like, and enjoy the trip down memory lane!Preparation time: 40 minutes
